(1) After completion of the work sent for the post-mortem examination according to sub-section (3) of section 11 of the Act, the relevant government doctor shall send the post-mortem report as per Schedule-9 to the relevant police office within twenty-four hours excluding the period of travel.

(2) The relevant hospital or health post to provide the requested information regarding the condition of any person who needs to be understood in connection with the report and investigation of the wound examination case form as per Schedule-10 sent by the police for wound examination within twenty-four hours, excluding the period of travel. It will be a duty.
